Here is a reminder of what our beautiful Signature Block quilts are going to look like if you choose to do the Jo Morton pattern:

But you don’t have to go out and purchase the book, you could make up your own setting!! I was playing in EQ5 and drew up a couple really easy possibilites:

Just add sashing

Or turn your blocks a different way and add sashing and a border:

The possibilities are endless and I am sure  all you creative ladies will come up with some awesome stuff!

I can’t wait to see what everyone does with their blocks!

Rachel from p.s. i quilt (she’s in our swap too!)  is going to run another signature block exchange for people of the funky/bright fabric persuasion…if you are interested check out her blog to sign up.

There are so many possibilities. I can’t wait to start playing.

  2. Jane says:

There are so many ideas, I think I may use mine as a border! Thank you for all your hard work!!

  3. Erin O says:

I’m mailing mine out tomorrow am!!

  4. Brenda says:

I had planned to finish them last weekend and Gino had a car accident so I was stuck in the condo while he and GP were galavanting. I wish I had known I would be stuck there, without a car; I would have just taken my sewing machine.Instead, I spent the day doing NADA! UGH! But GP’s schedule is non negotiable so off they went in MY car! The car rental places were closed…But anyway, I’ll have these in the mail on Monday. =)

  5. Bonnie P says:

Mine were mailed on Nov.25…priority mail!
Can’t wait to get them back!!

  6. Carole Ann says:

I did put mine in the mail/overnight on Friday morning. Sorry for the delay, things just got away from me. So, sorry for the last minute rush.

Next time maybe you could consider Internationally. I would happily play and pay to send my blocks to the US. If you found a way for each individual person to send their block over seas it wouldn’t cost much for each person.
    Thoughts for next time
